In 2018 Giuseppe Librizzi, a 35-year old former industrial engineer, founded Aetnae with the goal of creating a unique gin using Mount Etna’s incredible native herbs.
All the spirits he has created have been released after years of experimentation and research. A vermouth that has great fruity sweetness, like heaps of tiny strawberries in a bottle! A gentle bitter finish.
