    A portion of the Giro Ros and Malvasia had 5 days maceration. A vivid bright nose, yellows and sunny. The palate displays pomelo and lemon pith into yellow nectarines. Salty, fresh and composed. Aromatic, a fruit driven front palate with a dry savoury back. Instantly transported.
