2021 Tutto Anphora Rosato

Tuscany's La Ginestra is a true working farm – utilizing crop and grazing rotation with cows (they also have pigs) over 50 hectares of land.
They are producing a wide range of wines that both honor and obtain local varietals and push into newer expressions with pét-nats, macerated whites, amphora, and fresher, lighter reds. This 100% Sangiovese rosé is borderline red - it's on the heavier side - we like that though. Hand harvested from 17-20 year old vines grown in clay and limestone. Spontaneous fermentation in amphora with indigenous yeasts. Bottled unfiltered, unfined, and without any added sulphites.
