Macedon Sauvignon Blanc de-stemmed and macerated on skins in the mountains for a month, pressed and aged in barrel for a further 10 months. Racked by gravity and bottled with no additions except a whisper of sulphur. Unfiltered and unfixed as always. Tastes like lemonade fruits, white liquorice and lavender butter.
