    Shays-Flat Vineyard. Altitude 350m. Planted yearly 2000s. Grown on deep red clay, quartz and schist. NASAA Certified Organic. Handpicked. De-stemmed (more than less). Fermented wild. Basket Pressed. Aged 10 months on fine lees in steel and old oak. Malolactic fermentation complete. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, zero additives and preservatives. Dried strawberry, alpine flowers, humus. Yellow plum. Juicy and lush. Chill.
