All notes from Aaron Fenwick:
Merlot, 50% whole bunches with direct pressed juice over the top and fermented together in a large open top jarrah fermenter for 10days. Pressed to 500L barrels. Its a bigger, rich wine with some structure & tannin, I am actually happy about it.
