2022 Shay's Flat Grenache

The follow up vintage of the Grenache from Shay's Flat.
A slight variation from the previous two vintages, with a middle range of 25% whole cluster, basket pressed after 10 days of maceration and aged in seasoned oak for just shy of a year. This vintage was then bottled, as oppose to the extended élevage the two previous vintages saw. Signature Shay's Flat bay leaf on the nose. There's a bounty of fruit, spice, and herby goodness on the palate with a refreshing lick of acid, which keeps it neat. This time of year, try it with a slight chill and you will reap the rewards.
