    50% Syrah, 30% Merlot and 20% Pinot Noir.
    The Syrah is fermented for 5 days, Merlot for 4 days. Pinot Noir is fermented for 10 days (half by whole bunch fermentation). After pressing, each wine is aged in stainless steel tanks. Aromas of citrus, cherry, and cassis.
