    The Manyara Pinot Noir is sourced from our cool climate vineyard in Balhannah, Adelaide Hills. A nose of plum, fresh beetroot and dark cherry. The palate has hints of soy, spice with red liquorice and tight blueberry notes. A lingering palate and tight acidity. Whole bunch pressed, 30% Matured in French Oak.
