    A traditional XO base of aromats including ginger, garlic, chillies and shallots are slowly cooked in oil over a few hours.
    A blend of fermented black garlic and mushrooms are then added to create an XO that is truly delicious on anything. Equally good drizzled or chucked into a pan with pippies and butter. 100% vegan.
