Made in the Coteaux-du-Loir by Renaud Guettier. A part of France that has hosted agriculture for centuries. Rolling hills and pockets of woodland with small vineyards scattered throughout. Farmed organically and entirely by hand. Native yeasts and gravity handle most of the heavy lifting in the winery.
