    Gianmarco Antonuzzi and Clémentine Bouveron aka Le Coste need no introduction. Lazio natural wine making pioneers. The 2021 bianco is a blend of Procanico, Malvasia, Roscetto, Verdello, Petino & Romanesco and on skins for two days. Although this latest iteration is more savoury than previous years the important things stay the same. Juicy, fresh and value for money!
