2021 Rosé & the Beast
Valli Unite’s wines just keep getting better!
Valli Unite is a co-op of four families in Costa Vescovato, Piemonte. The farm of 100 hectares has been managed organically since 1981. It is an ecosystem within itself, producing wheat, barley, beef, honey and of course grapes. 20 hectares of the farm are dedicated to vines, and the wines themselves are made as naturally as they can, focussing on soil management rather than additives. Rosé & the Beast is the latest instalment of the ‘Beast’ sparkling wines from Valli Unite. A blend of Barbera and Croatina plus a few other local varieties. Really enjoyable fizz. Aromatic, fresh and bone dry. Strawberry and grapefruit soda.
