He was tasting with Laureano Serras, Joan Ramon Escoda, and Anthony Tortul, when an unlabelled bottle of natural wine was opened and described as ‘brutal’ - the birth of BRUTAL wine movement. These wines are more on the elegant side of things. This is 100% Trebbano. All white pulp fruits and citrus!
