Valli Unite was born in 1981 as certified organic cooperative of work in Costa Vescovato, in the southern-east part of Piedmont region.
100% Timorasso from young vineyards, manual harvest, spontaneous fermentation and aged in steel. This wine is the most frank and honest representation of what Timorasso is: sugar content and richness well balanced by the acidity. Yellow colour with green veins and typical aromatic hints that close in a round and full finish.
