Ottonese, trebbiano and malvasia from Lazio, via old, resurrected vineyards and a couple of younger gen winemakers interested in the preservation of old vines and varieties of their pocket of the region, Latina.
There is 24 hours skin contact here. Organic, no additions. Lemon verbena and ginger whiffs, earthy notes, ashy whiffs and a load of wet herbs. Lemony-ginger tang to taste, tonic water licks, finishes nutty-savoury and dry-dusty with splash of lemon mineral water lingering.
