2020 Randevù

Sidreria Craveri & Lamberti is a project started in 2015, when Elia, Livio and his brother Nicolo started making fruit cider in their kitchen.
The idea behind this project is to be able to give a voice to the place they grew up in, and to one of the main produces grown in the area: apples. Pet-Nat cider from organic apples, with spontaneous secondary fermentation in bottle, with the addition of Moscato Bianco grape must from Ezio Cerruti.
