I was blown away by these wines.
Francesco Brigatti is based in the Alto Piemonte area in the DOC Colli Novaresi and the DOCG Ghemme. He works with Nebbiolo and Barbera, but also with some other interesting and lesser known local varieties like Erbaluce, Vespolina and Uva Rara. This is Nebbiolo and is unbelievable value... World class.
