This Champagne is made entirely from Jacques Diebolt’s vineyards in the villages of Cramant and Cuis and Epernay.
A blend of mostly Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and a small ammount of Pinot Meunier it is uncommonly fine and aromatic, reflecting the mineral character of the chalky soil of the Côte de Blanc. Very bright, refreshing and pure it is very appetising and moreish, leaving the sensation of green apple and flaky pastry behind and the taster wanting more! Superb Champagne for the price.
