2022 Lambrusco

It feels like a long time since we've had these wines on the site, but it's actually less than a year.
What a year - notes from Tim Ward, he makes the wines. Chalmers Vineyard, Merbein, Ancestral Method Lambrusco – 55% Salamino, hand picked, whole bunch pressed, & 45% Maestri, saignée, wild fermented, in old oak and tank, bottled before end of primary ferment with a splash of Syrah juice, unfined, unfiltered, undisgorged.
