2021 Dash Farms Vineyard Leanganook Blanc de Blancs

Notes from Pat:
A non-dosage sparkling wine from the highest rows of chardonnay grown at Dash Farms Vineyard in Faraday, on the western slopes of Leanganook. Fine grower champagne has become a true passion, I seek to use alike methods (low to minimum interventions through fermentation, elevage and tirage). The granite derived quartz -rich sands at Dash Farms display beautifully with this handling. I find this wine brings enormous joy as the first wine of the evening or ideally, before a long lunch.
