Started by Christophe and Barbara, who draw on wide and varied experience in the restaurant industry, wine importing, and even ballet, the brewery opened its doors in 2013. They are committed to using only the highest-quality ingredients and the water sourced from the bowels of Mount Blanc. All beers are certified organic by Nature & Progres in France. Rousse is made from 70% blonde barley and is more firm in terms of structure with high-toned, malty cherry flavors and ample minerality.
