Sidreria Craveri & Lamberti is a project started in 2015, when Elia, Livio and his brother Nicolo started making fruit cider in their kitchen.
The idea behind this project is to be able to give a voice to the place they grew up in, and to one of the main produce grown in the area: apples. But not only and not by themselves. This is a Fruit-Nat cider made from organic apples, with spontaneous secondary fermentation with local cherry juice whitout added sulphites. Fine bubbles, bright hearty notes creamy and tonic texture.
