Notes from the maker - Louis - Skin fermented, briefly, before being pressed to old oak on full lees. From the Brackenwood Vineyard in Hope Forest, high above Willunga. A Sauvignon of great texture and savoury restraint. Easy drinking but with layers of interest if you care to take a deeper look.
