Jance Distillery is run by two brothers crafting spirits with locally sourced honey and rice.
Their Master distiller meticulously passes the fermented rice mash through their custom built 16 plate reflux still which results in a brilliantly clean final product. Then by further filtering through charcoal they create a Vodka which offers a distinct texture and a subtle savoury sweet quality not often found in vodka. Clean on the nose, smooth on the palate.
