Jed is a supremely easy drinking ale/lager hybrid weighing in at a respectable 3.5% ABV. A healthy addition of Vic Secret and Azacca hops provide an array of bright fruity aromas and a restrained bitterness for optimum drinkability, whilst a Carapils driven malt profile evens the playing field to combine for the ultimate low-alcohol Australian mid.
