    Planted early 2000s. Grown on deep red clay, sandstone and large aggregate quartz. NASAA Certified Organic. Handpicked over two days. Early pick for freshness. Second pick for flavour and weight. Whole bunch basket pressed. Wild ferment. Aged 8 months on fine lees in steel. Malolactic fermentation complete. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, zero additives and preservatives. Blossoms, just ripe white peach, saline. Smooth weight, zip.
