2022 Vitovska

Giorgio Nicolini is a small family-run farm, based on old traditions inherited from grandparents.
Much of their effort is devoted to replanting old native varieties, which are now almost completely lost, using the original 100-year clones from their vineyard. This 100% Vitovska spends 36-48h on skins, before being basket pressed in steel vats, where it ferments and rests for a few months before bottling. A little entry level taste in the world of eastern Italian skin contact. Elegant, yet powerful. With great minerality.
