2022 Phoenix Orange

100% Merwah.
Think: refreshing apricot juice with an alcoholic edge. Deliciously fruity, salty with that Meditteranean salinity. An approachable first step for those who have never tried orange wine. Merwah is harvested in the 1st week of October, undergoes a slow ferment on skins for 3 weeks. The wine undergoes through MLF naturally, before being bottled in late spring.
