Notes from Lost Falls:
The fruit was handpicked from an organic vineyard in Lake Eildon, Victoria. 100% whole bunch Syrah direct pressed over Riesling skins which gives it an interesting orangey blush to it and grippy texture. 10 months in Stainless steel. No sulphur added, wild ferment, no additions.
