2021 Serpent a Plumes

90% Malbec, 10% Merlot from several plots.
Partial whole cluster, partial de-stemmed and a small component direct pressed. 6-8 days maceration, Aged for 12 months on lees in stainless steel tank. Incredibly inviting and floral. There’s an immediacy to the red fruits with a burst of freshness. Light fruit tannins, bright. Elevated snappy red fruits. Full of life, exuberant and fresh and so easy to drink.
