2021 Occhio Al Rosso

Siemàn (meaning six hands in Venetian dialect), is a farm run by three brothers who gave up their past professional lives to dedicate themselves to agriculture, wine and beer production.
Their farm has been certified organic since 2017 and everything is carriedout with scrupulous attention to detail and respect for the rhythms of nature. Tai Rosso, a.k.a. Grenache, macerated on skins for about 7 days. It finishes fermentation in steel vats, then it rests in a mix of concrete and neutral oak. No SO2 added. Ripe berries, with juicy acidity.
