Sauvignon Blanc on skins for two weeks, whole bunch fermented then aged in barrel for 11 months. Heaps going on with this one. Fruit punch on the front peaches, lemons, grapefruits you name it they’re in there. Then a big whack of herbs and salt, with a loooong finish. Such a layered treat.
