Yuzu Jalapeño Pickle (200g)
Soy sauce pickles are a very traditional Korean technique called jangajji, we add yuzu juice to give a fresh vibrancy.
If you’re intimidated by the idea of incorporating a soy sauce pickle into your cooking, my suggestion is that it goes well with everything! It can enliven rice dishes, it makes a good accompaniment to BBQ & grilled meats, and you can put it in salads. My personal favourite is in a cheese toastie!
