A sparkling Australian Wild Ale inspired by one of our all time staff favourite beers. We really love this beer. A nod to a certain red-themed beer hailing from Adelaide, this is an arranged marriage of a certain type of wort with our house culture that I've been trying to matchmake for years. It has not disappointed in the least.
