Notes from Travis...
In 2021 the tiny south facing Riesling block produced the most fruit it had ever done (2.1 tonnes). The fruit was of exceptional quality and was my pick of the ferments from the beginning. The fruit is direct pressed into tank where it is racked before and after primary fermentation and then left to develop for 9 months before bottling and then resting again in bottle for 6 months before release. The wine is energetic and lively. I love the depth of classic riesling favours that can be seen with the clarity only no addition wines can have.
