Siemàn Incrocio Farmhouse Ale
Farmhouse ales are traditionally brewed during winter by farmers to quench their thirst on summer's gruelling days of field work.
This beer ferments and matures for 12 months in oak barrels with indigenous yeasts. At the end of maturation, Garganega, Tai Bianco and Incrocio Manzoni grapes grown on the Berici Hills are added to the barrels. The maturation together with grapes continues for further 3 months.
