Siemàn Funky Rose Farmhouse Ale
Farmhouse ales are traditionally brewed during winter by farmers to quench their thirst on summer's gruelling days of field work.
This is Siemàn's interpretation of a Berliner Weisse. Far from the modern Berliner Weisse, this beer ferments and matures for 5 months in oak barrels with indigenous yeasts. At the end of maturation, Tai Rosso grapes are added to the barrels.
