One of our favourite new breweries from one of our favourite parts of Australia.
Principle are based in Wollongong - the capital of NSW. Rich, malty and clean as a lager should be, with a warm caramel and cinnamon finish. The aroma is smoke driven, dominated by subtle bacon notes and Beechwood.
