Naturally fermented using the leftover grape skins from select Victorian vineyards.
It’s light, a little spritzy and very refreshing. It’s also low on alcohol, carbs and waste, and has no artificial flavours or colours. In other words, it’s all good. Piquettes have been a French tradition for generations, and this is an Australian version.
