Rhubi Mistelle (700ml)
Rhubi was originally created at award-winning cocktail bar Bulletin Place in 2018.
Rhubi is created by pairing fermented rhubarb juice with a juniper spirit, herbal French gentian, with additional mandarin and grapefruit rind. It can be categorised at being a rhubarb aperitif, with an inherent sweetness paired with vibrant tartness. It is bottled at 18% ABV, so it is perfect for mixed with soda, or as an interesting alternative to other aperitifs on the market.
