Established in 1994, Pafritas is a small family business based in Rioja and run by three brothers and their father.
They have perfected Spain’s great, yet humble, tradition of potato crisps. Unsmoked, sweet and quietly hot dried pepper from Espelette (Ezpeletako Biperra) in the French Basque country where production has been of protected origin (AOP) since 2000.
