Fundo del Parral Pisco is the result of the hard work and dedication of 2 Peruvian families.
The Candela and Rutté families combined resources in 2013 to essentially create the best Pisco they could. It's pretty amazing. Produced from a blend of grape varieties. Fundo del Parral pisco Acholado is made from the blend of Non-Aromatic grape varieties Quebranta and Uvina grapes and Aromatic grape varieties Italia and Torontel. Predominant aroma and taste like blueberries, almonds and anise. Slight flavour traces of spices and dry fruit.
