NV Patrick Sullivan Jumpin' Juice
A wine to not be thought about. Just drink it. All the fruit for they 'Winter' blend is organically farmed by Patrick and it taken from his 'Wild Dog' Vineyard just near Warragul in Gippsland, it is basically declassified fruit that didn't make it into the 'Estate' range so very high quality to be going into the Jumpin Juice blend and represents great value. All varieties are fermented individually in stainless tank with indigenous yeasts, then transferred to old barrels for maturation.The Pinot Noir had Gwurtz skins thown in at the end of ferment to give that beautiful lifted floral componant. The wine is then racked and bottled unfined or filtered with minimal SO2 additions.
