The Rota wine estate is located in Castellazzo, a town between Modena and Reggio Emilia in the territory famed for Balsamic Vinegar, Parmigiano Reggiano and of course Lambrusco.
Dario crafts a DRY Lambrusco that’s sophisticated & exceptionally balanced with refreshing acidity. It’s a fantastic example of the deep plum, dark earth savory flavours that Lambrusco is famed for in Italy. Low in alcohol it’s the perfect breakfast, lunch or dinner wine.
