A fun new Prosecco from some good mates in Melbourne. Notes from them - Made for us by Mal Stewart in his apple shed. Mal is one of the last sparkling specialists in Australia. He began his career helping start Kilchurn in the Macedon Ranges. This Prosecco is from fruit sourced in the King Valley fermented through to dryness then bubbled with the charmat method. Zesty and citrusy this bubbles is the perfect Aperol match.
