Notes from the winery.
Fresh salmon-rose hue, with notes of strawberry and vanilla. Drawing you in with a fine persistent bead and smooth palate, then finishing crisp and dry β leaving lingering flavours of rose petal and cream.
Minimal intervention winemaking. Crushed and chilled to press with minimal skin contact. Cold fermentation in stainless steel.
