NV Gentle Folk Erroneous Impression
Yay new Gareth Belton wines in the shop. Be quick, these wines won't last long. Pretty serious stuff here. Pinot noir (95%) and Chardonnay (5%). Whole bunch pressed into old French barriques. The wine was allowed to ferment completely dry from 2017. Gareth then blended in a barrel of fermenting wine (which of course had sugar, yeasts etc…) from 2018 and bottled. The wine had approximately 15g/L of sugar and finished its fermentation in bottle. Disgorged and topped up.
