100% Chardonnay produced from Cuis, Chouilly and Justice (Epernay). This release is a blend of 2016, 2017 and 2018 and disgorged in July 2021 (4 g/l). As always, the very elegant nose suggests green apples and white flowers. On the palate, the wine is both creamy and firm, with a fine mineral structure. The flavours evolve with more white flowers, green apples, minerals, and lemon zest, and the long finish is carried by lively acidity and the velvety, persistent mousse. Hard to imagine anything more refreshing, this is quite superb and seriously great value for the quality!
