Catarratto, Grillo, Nero D’avola and Nerello Mascalesse make up his repertoire. This 100% Catarratto Blanc de Blancs sparkling is based off the 2017 vintage and made zero dosage. The wine spends 20 months on lees before being carefully disgorged. The vineyards are from the Fastuchera site grown on white soils and produce a sparkling of finesse that is truly world class.
